You can use a broiling pan in your oven to cook a lot of bacon and have it ready all at once. We recommend setting your oven to 325 degrees F and lining your broiling pan with aluminum foil. In our tests we were able to get 11-12 slices of bacon on the rack for cooking. Total cook time varies but can be anywhere from 30 minutes for thin bacon to up to an hour for thicker cured bacons.
If you know you're having a bunch of people over you can easily pop the broiling pan with bacon on it in the oven ahead of time. That way you can focus on the eggs, pancakes, etc and have it all ready at once and not have to fuss over the bacon.
