Cheesy Bacon Chipotle Dip Recipe
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup half/half
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 6 strips ground bacon
Fry bacon until slightly crispy then drain and let cool. In either a food processor or a magic bullet (this is what I recommend it seems to work the best) grind 3 strips very fine (kind of resembles salt crystals) and 3 strips coarse and set aside. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until soft. Add the sour cream, half/half, bacon, and chipotle sauce and whip on medium speed until evenly blended.
I suggest making this the night before because the flavors seem to come out better.
